The terms that apply when you buy localization services from ChineseTrans.
At a glance
- Prices are fixed and confirmed in the quote before you pay.
- You can cancel for free before work starts.
- One revision round is included; more can be arranged.

1. Services
We provide Chinese copy review, landing-page localization and website localization. Each engagement is defined by the scope in the quote you accept; anything outside that scope is a new engagement.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices are fixed per the accepted quote and shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 14 days. For review services, the price is set by the length of the Chinese copy (counted in Chinese characters), the review depth you choose, and any Rush option.
3. Payment
Work starts after payment is received. Payment is processed securely by our store using card or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery and revisions
Deliverables are shared in your Client Portal and by email. Lead times shown at checkout are estimates in business days. The revision rounds included in your service are stated in the quote; further changes can be arranged as a new engagement.
5. Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you send us. On full payment, the delivered work is yours to use. We may retain drafts and reference materials for quality and record-keeping.
6. Acceptable use
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you send, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or break the law.
7. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
