1. What we collect
Contact details (name, email), order and project information, the content you submit for review, and the messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.
2. How we use it
- To provide the services you order.
- To send quotes, deliverables and project updates.
- To process payment and prevent fraud.
- To improve quality and resolve support requests.
3. Sharing and processors
We share data only with the processors that run the service: our store platform and payment provider (WooCommerce and PayPal) and our email delivery provider. They process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Project content is kept for the retention period configured in our system, and messages for the life of the project. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within one business day.
6. Cookies
We use the cookies needed to run the store, such as keeping your cart and session working. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
