These terms govern the purchase of ChineseTrans localization services. Summary below; a full agreement is provided with each quote.
Services
We provide Chinese copy review, landing-page localization and website localization. Each engagement is defined by the scope in its accepted quote.
Quotes & pricing
Prices are fixed per the accepted quote and shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Payment
Work starts after payment is received. Payment is processed by our store (card / PayPal).
Delivery & revisions
Deliverables are shared in your Client Portal. The included revision rounds are stated in the quote; further changes can be arranged.
Intellectual property
On full payment, delivered work is yours to use. We may retain drafts and reference materials for quality and record-keeping.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
